Favorite Reads of the Week: 06/30/12

It is time to share some knowledge with you! I read some great articles this week, though I have a lot more I wanted to read, but I am studying for my last exam, and with coaching and writing for my blog, I didn’t have more free time to read!

With her website inspiredfitstrong.com, she is trying to educate people what our body needs in order to function properly and be healthy; that everybody can find the time to fit a workout in their daily schedule! She is a firm believer that women aren’t designed to sit at the hairdresser saloon all day long, reading fashion magazines and admiring the skinny-fat bodies from the covers…and later on starving to death in order to have that robbed from life look. Instead every woman with the notion of the mass media-induced ideals of beauty should realize what true beauty looks like- beautiful women lift weights!
